Zachary S. Oltmanns is the President and Founder of the Illinois Conservatives. His responsibilities include being in charge of internal and external operations of the group. Zach founded the group in December 2008. Zach is the chairmen of the Ogle County Young Republicans. In 2012, Zach was elected to the Ogle County Board becoming the youngest member to ever be elected to the board. Zach’s goal for the group is to get more young people involved in politics.
