Lennie Jarratt has been an education researcher, taxpayer watchdog and FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act) expert in which he has uncovered multiple no-bid contracts, election law felonies, use of taxpayer resources to aid candidates, led campaigns to fight multiple referendums and a campaign to get $6.9 million dollars of improperly issued bonds to the taxpayers. Lennie has also helped get many fiscal conservatives elected to local office and has been a Lake Villa Township Republican Committeeman since 2008. He currently owns his own business (OODA Strategies) building websites and doing social media outreach for small businesses, conservative Republican candidates and organizations.
